Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress from America. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was born at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked for the New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. Kenney (19) was born in Manhattan and she plays Debbie her sassy character in Showtime's Shameless. Her formative years were spent living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
