Charli Grace D'Amelio (/d@'mIlioUor d@-MI-leeoh; born on the 1st of May, 2004) is a well-known American social media celebrity. She was a dancer who competed for more than ten years prior beginning her career in social media in 2019 when she began uploading dance videos on the video-sharing platform TikTok. Her popularity grew fast and was the leading creator on the platform of video sharing TikTok by March 2020. Khaby Lame surpassed her at the end of July 2022. D'Amelio made her feature film debut by voice acting in the animated film StarDog as well as TurboCat. Since 2021, she has been a star of the Hulu Docuseries D'Amelio, and Snap Original Charli vs. Dixie. D'Amelio was the winner of Dancing with the Stars 30th season in 2022 too alongside Mark Ballas. In addition, she has published two books, launched an audio podcast, and developed the nail varnish line. The other projects she has worked on include a clothing company makeup line, a mattress, multi-product businesses and an apparel company. She is the first person to earn the 50 and 100 million followers on TikTok. Forbes revealed that D'Amelio who was a TikTok celebrity in 2019 was also the top-earning female in the app until 2022.
